- Sugarplum Socials will be "in the thick of it", making sure we respond to customer questions and remarks.

Content Creation:

From big-picture strategy to the smallest visual details, we manage the entire content process — so you can show up consistently, confidently, and creatively across all platforms. Here at Sugarplum, we understand the biggest challenge for our business owners is RECORDING and editing their content; they simply just can't keep up with the responsibility or, they just miss the mark. Regardless, that's where we come in!

Here's How It Works:
- We come directly to your storefront/office and spend the day (a few hours, up to 4 at a time) to record a series of evergreen content.
- Our team will research and brainstorm audience insights (demographics) along with industry trends and create a robust strategy.
- We own the tasks of writing, designing, and editing all creative assets that convert "casual onlookers" into paying customers.
- This means: we film, edit, schedule and post all of your content for you, so you can focus on your side of the business.What's Included?:
